ALUMINUM HIGH PERFORMANCE WATER PUMPS
American Hotrod Solutions water pumps are manufactured from die casting 108 aluminum alloy. Die casting process with a steel mold eliminates casting porosity to a minimum. Every pump is installed with a heavy duty bearing system combined with a 3/4" integral ball bearing and a 3/4" roller bearing to withstand higher torsion loads at high RPM and also reduce horizontal movement to extend useful life and minimize the shaft vibration from water flow turbulence. The heavy duty mechanical water seal is for long life operation. Cast iron impellers with curved vanes are machined from CNC centers for accuracy and durability with maximum flow rate and greater pressure. Each pump is put under an endurance test in shop for four hours to ensure the best quality and peak performance condition. Compare to Edelbrock Aluminum water pump prices and specifications. American Hotrod Solutions water pumps are not cheap cast iron knock offs made from aluminum, Our pumps are built to deliver HIGH PERFORMANCE results in the most grueling conditions.
